• Can I download the catalogue from internet?

• Can you send me a catalogue?

  You can see our catalogue on the web. You will find it in the XXXXX option at elnaturalista.com. You can also download it using the PDF format.

• How can I find an El Naturalista shop or an authorised retailer in my city?

  Visit our WHERE TO BUY section at elnaturalista.com where you will find the shop locator. Select a country and a city, where you will find a selection of the available points of sales.

• How can I locate a specific style?

  At elnaturalista.com visit our section "catalogue" where you will find the "Shoe Finder" which will permit you to select a shoe and search for it according to its characteristics.

• I bought a pair of shoes during a trip abroad or in the internet and now I realized that I have bought the wrong size. How can I exchange them?

  Returns always have to be made through the POS where you purchased the shoes. Please contact the corresponding POS.

• I have a pair of El Naturalista shoes that I think are defective. Can I return them?

  We recommend that you go to the store where they were purchased to present your claim, they will contact us and we will work in order to solve your problem.

  We don’t accept any devolution from the customers. The return of El Naturalista shoes must be made by El Naturalista point of sale in view of the fact that we only accept returns with authorized return number.

• I have a pair of El Naturalista shoes which are broken, where can I get them repaired?

  El Naturalista does not offer a shoe repair service. We recommend you go to a specialized shoe repair store in your city. If you consider that the breakage is due to a manufacturing fault, please contact the place were you purchased the shoes.

• I need a pair of laces or insoles, where can I find these?

  In order to find these materials please contact  El Naturalista points of sale.

• What are the sizes of El Naturalista shoes?

  Women’s sizes are available from 36-42. However, some unisex styles are available from 36 and 46.

  Men’s sizes are available from 40-46. However, some unisex styles are also available from 36 to 46.
